PROCESS MEASUREMENT & CONTROL

Field-device integration with PLC, DCS and HMI systems, including signal mapping, termination, point-to-point verification, loop testing and control-system troubleshooting.
CALIBRATION & VERIFICATION

INSTALLATION & LOOP COMMISSIONING
Instrument mounting, tubing, impulse lines, instrument cabling, junction boxes, termination and complete field-to-control-room loop checking.
CONTROL VALVES & ACTUATORS
Installation, inspection, servicing, calibration, positioner verification, stroke testing and functional commissioning.
TROUBLESHOOTING & CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE
Diagnosis and rectification of sensor failures, unstable readings, transmitter faults, loop failures, wiring faults, signal loss, alarm/interlock faults and control-system interface problems.
MARINE & OFFSHORE SYSTEMS
Instrumentation for engines, generators, refrigeration, compressors, pumps, hydraulic systems, tanks, machinery monitoring, alarms, shutdowns and vessel automation.
