MEETING WITH TECHNICAL CREW/CHIEF ENGINEER SCOPE:
We had a brief meeting with the Chief Engineer on our Strategy and plans to install the new motorized circuit breakers + control panel repaired PCB crane. All our team plans were adopted by both the chief Engineer and his team. Our Team then presented the 2-units of 250A motorized brakers brand new and the repaired one in addition to the control panel PCB, to the chief Engineer which was well received

TROUBLESHOOTING AND INSTALLATION

  • Our Team of Engineers noticed incessant power fluctuation on board prior to the breaker replacement.
  • The Chief Engineer was engaged to isolate ESB (Emergency switch Board) power from the MSB (Main Switch Board) for safety.
  • The makeshift MCCB was decommissioned and the new Motorized Braker was installed.
  • The PCB repaired on the Emergency generator panel was also installed.
  • The chief Engineer was re engaged to close the circuit After MOTORIZED BRAKER Installation was completed.
